The usual process of admission and treatment of patients in the ward:
Referring of the patient to the emergency department or admission unit, visiting by the emergency physician, filing a case and obtaining consent for medical treatment.
Performing emergency procedures such as taking blood vessels, sending tests, and doing graphics
Transferring of the patient on a stretcher with an emergency nurse, transferring of him/her to bed, controlling vital signs, initial evaluation, providing other treatment and diagnostic measures
