Job Description of Information Technology Unit of Kosar Hospital, Semnan:
Installation and commissioning of hospital computer systems
· Participate in setting up computer networks in coordination with the University IT Center
Periodic visits to hospital computers and fixing hardware and software defects
Making network-related settings for connecting to the Internet in coordination with the University IT Center
· Training and guidance of personnel to solve hardware and software problems
· Proposing the specifications of the required network equipment and estimating their price in coordination with the University IT Center
Register the hardware list of computers that do not have an identification code and submit it to the IT center
· Collaborate in installing and launching and training software related to your field
· Prepare training programs for employees related to their unit and follow up and monitor the proper implementation of the program
· Collaborate in studying and evaluating existing activities, systems and methods and provide corrective suggestions to achieve organizational goals
· Troubleshooting the LAN of the relevant unit and troubleshooting if necessary in coordination with the University IT Center
· Follow the installation of new nodes in the relevant unit and monitor its implementation
Install antivirus and network settings to connect to the Internet and network in coordination with the University IT Center
Test and approve the LAN plans of the relevant unit
Follow up on hardware causes of internet disruption or interruption
· Investigation and expertise of the function and disturbances in the wireless network of the relevant unit
· Monitor network security in the relevant unit
Technical expertise in preparing software for the relevant unit and submitting a report to the University IT Center
Provide advice on the use of new equipment
Expertise and supervision of the technical operation of the relevant unit software
Receiving the serial number for the new computers purchased for the units and registering their hardware specifications file and modifying the location and its user in case of transfer to the Statistics and Technology Center
· Troubleshooting office automation users
Install and modify Windows on the relevant unit computers and perform the relevant settings and other required applications
· Teaching new users of office automation
· Management and support of HIS system which includes the following:
