The usual process of admission and treating patients in the unit:

Patients are admitted in the internal ward in two ways:

- 1) from the emergency ward

- 2) From the admissions units

 

- The order of the physician to transfer the patient to the Critical Care Unit - Controlling the patient in case they have expensive personal items with them (all jewelry and expensive items and personal belongings of the patient will be delivered to their accompaniment and receipt of delivery is taken) - Control of the wound bed (if there is a wound bed, the condition of the wound should be notified to the patient’s accompaniment in the presence of a nurse) - Filling in the form of familiarity with the unit by patients’ accompaniment after the presentation of the necessary explanations and trainings by the nurse of the unit- Providing the educational pamphlet for each patient, along with his accompaniment
